Author Biography

Rose Marie Curteman is the author of My Renaissance: A Widow’s Healing Pilgrimage to Tuscany and 7 1/2 Places of Wonder: Reflections of a Delighted Traveler.   Munich, Dubai, Florence, Andalusia, Oxford, Jerusalem, St. Petersburgh, and Stockholm.

She was born and raised in Germany, then studied in the United States, earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Literature, a subject she later taught. She makes her home in Seattle, but is often in Brussels, Munich, and Tuscany to be with members of her family.
